Approach
Awan Bayu Teknologi consulting methodology is designed on a 4 phased approached beginning with the assessment of the current situation of an organization and moving on to the next phases based on the initial foundation and subsequent phase.
First, we walk through with our clients to assess the strengths and weaknesses, assets and liabilities of their current systems. Then we analyse how it came to be. This provides a realistic starting point for visioning.
Once this is completed, we look into the business strategy of the company. We help our clients to create a clear, aspirational vision of the solutions required to achieve the client’s business goals. This is "The Solution," the endpoint.
These two steps create the foundation since the client now is able to articulate where they are now and where they want to go. They can now begin to look for what's in between – basically how they'll get from now to where they want to go.
The next step is to assess the potential obstacles which may block the progress. We help our clients to clearly define the potential obstacles to achieving the vision – to understand. This is “The Journey” phase.
Now the client is ready for the final step. They know where they're starting from, where they want to go, and what's in the way. Now we assist our clients on, "What's The Solution," by first agreeing on the broad strategies for achieving their vision and detailing the goals and tactics for implementation.
